I went straight to the interview after work this afternoon and chatted with a person in charge. He had originally asked another colleague to interview me, but when I heard that I had experience in operations, he said he didn't need the other colleague to come. He just talked to me on his own.

I chatted with this interviewer for 30 to 40 minutes, and during the conversation, another colleague also joined me in the chat. The atmosphere was very relaxed, just like the feeling of chatting with my colleagues in the company.

Not long after I returned to the company, the boss contacted my HR and asked me to provide the onboarding procedures. The HR is located at the headquarters, right. As soon as I saw that I still needed to provide credit records, I explained the situation to HR and was unable to submit the credit records. So I missed out on this company, and HR also said that my colleagues on site were very satisfied with me. Actually, I saw that the two brothers on site were very comfortable and had a sense of familiarity, so I felt a bit sad this afternoon. I can't become colleagues with them anymore.

I am currently working as an operations manager at a hospital and I have to leave for some reason. I am really reluctant to come here, not because the salary is high, but because the medical staff at my hospital are very patient. When I am doing maintenance, they are very patient and waiting for me to finish the task, and they also respect me very much. I have gained a lot of confidence during my months here. To put it this way, the patience my teachers have given me is something that no one has ever given me before, so I am truly touched. I will write an article specifically about this matter later. The interviewee today is also from a hospital. Unfortunately, it failed.

The issue of credit reporting is a long story to say. It must be my own problem, excessive trust in others leads to this.
