English is too important

I used to think that English was useless to me, that it was just a tool, and coupled with my low education, I also felt that I couldn't use it. Recently, two things happened and I realized that English is really important.

Today, I heard from my English teacher that my child's homework is not very good. Many times, there are still some homework assignments that I haven't done. When I asked my son why he hasn't done his homework, he said he doesn't know how to do it. Suddenly, I remembered telling him before that I don't understand English and can't teach him, so he never asked me.

In a technical forum, many people used to work on Chinese websites. Now, due to market trends, some people have started to work on English websites. In fact, I also thought about doing English websites a long time ago, but because I don't understand English, I haven't done it. Yesterday, I used translation software to create an English blog. I heard a friend say that software translation can have some grammar errors.

It's really hard to explain why I didn't go to school well back then.
